About this phone

Product details

The Galaxy Z Fold Ultra SM-F976D brings a sharper foldable screen, a faster chip and a more capable camera to Ireland, unlocked and ready for any network. It opens into a tablet-sized display and folds back into a phone that fits your pocket. This is a brand new handset, not a refurbished unit, and it comes with a 24-month warranty from Fone4U.

Design and display of the Galaxy Z Fold Ultra SM-F976D

Unfold it and you get an 8.0-inch main display at 2256 x 2504 resolution, around 422ppi, with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support and peak brightness of up to 3000 nits. Close it and a 6.5-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X FHD+ cover display, also 422ppi with a 1-120Hz refresh rate, handles quick messages and calls. The phone carries an IP48 rating for dust and water resistance, so everyday splashes and dusty pockets are not a concern.

Performance, camera and battery for everyday use

Inside, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy keeps apps, multitasking and folding transitions quick and steady. The rear camera system pairs a 200MP wide lens with a 50MP ultra-wide and a 10MP telephoto offering 3x optical zoom, while two 10MP selfie cameras, one on the cover display and one inside, cover every angle. A 5,000mAh battery supports 45W wired Super Fast Charging 2.0, 15W wireless charging and reverse wireless charging, so you can top up other devices on the move.
