Do all grades work the same?
Yes. Every grade is fully tested and works perfectly. The grade only describes how the phone looks: how many marks there are on the screen and body.
What battery health do I get?
Every refurbished phone has 85% battery health or more, checked before sale. Premium phones have 100% battery health.
How long is the warranty?
Up to 18 months. Each phone shows its own warranty (12 or 18 months) on its page, whatever the grade.
Can I see the phone before I buy?
