About this phone
iPhone 16E
iPhone 16e — Premium Apple Experience at a Value Price
Meet the iPhone 16e, 128GB—Apple's answer for anyone who wants flagship-level performance without paying flagship prices. Available now at Fone4U, the iPhone 16e features a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with rich color depth and strong contrast, so everything from photos to video looks genuinely sharp on screen—and it's built with a tough glass back and an aluminum frame for a premium in-hand feel, and it carries an IP68 water and dust resistance rating—though on refurbished units, we can't guarantee that seal performs exactly as it did from the factory.
Under the hood, the iPhone 16e runs on Apple's A18 chip, giving it real speed and efficiency for gaming, browsing, and everyday multitasking. Its 48MP Fusion rear camera captures sharp, high-resolution photos and 4K video with 2x optical-quality zoom — a genuinely capable setup for anyone who cares about mobile photography, even without a second lens. Apple Intelligence is also built in, bringing features like Genmoji, smarter Siri responses, and on-device photo editing, all designed with privacy as a priority.
Battery life is where this phone quietly stands out. With up to 26 hours of video playback, it's built to get you through a full day and then some without a mid-afternoon charge. It supports fast charging via USB-C and Qi-compatible wireless charging (note: it doesn't include MagSafe, so wireless charging tops out slower than on MagSafe-enabled iPhones), plus 5G connectivity and eSIM support for flexibility wherever you're based. Emerzoom—aS via satellite and Crash Detection round things out, giving you a safety net even outside normal network coverage.
Fone4U.ie ships fast across Ireland, with secure payment and genuinely competitive pricing. If you're ready to upgrade, the iPhone 16e delivers serious day-to-day performance without the flagship price tag — and we also stock custom-cut hydrogel screen protectors and durable, stylish cases to help keep it looking its best from day one.

Why it matters
Original parts vs cheap copies
Every part in this phone is its own original part. Nothing has been swapped for a cheap copy. Here’s why that matters.
Original partCheap copy part
Screen
True colours, full brightness and True Tone, with smooth, precise touch
Duller colours, lower brightness and often no True Tone. Touch can lag or miss
Battery
Full rated capacity, safety-tested, and Battery Health reads correctly
Often less real capacity, can run hot or swell, and Battery Health may show “Unknown” or “Service”
Cameras
Sharp focus, accurate colour, and Night mode and stabilisation work as designed
Softer photos, slow focus, and some camera features can stop working
Face ID & Touch ID
Works securely, exactly as the manufacturer intended
Can stop working completely, and copy parts can’t bring it back
Messages on your phone
No “Unknown Part” or “Non-genuine” warnings in Settings
iPhone can show an “Unknown Part” message that stays in Settings
Water & dust seals
Precise original fit and seals
Looser fit and weaker seals, so more likely to fail early
Resale value
Keeps its full trade-in and resale value
Worth less when you sell or trade it in, and some shops refuse it
Every Fone4U phone is tested in Ireland and covered by our warranty. If a part ever needs replacing, we only fit a genuine one.
