Should I put my phone in rice?
No. Rice doesn’t dry the inside of the phone and can leave dust in the ports. Switch it off and bring it to us.
Can you save my photos?
Often, yes, if the phone is brought in quickly. We always try to get your data back first.
Is there a warranty on water damage repairs?
Water damage can keep causing problems, so the warranty depends on what we repair. We explain it before we start.
How long does it take?
We check it and give you a time. Some phones are ready the same day, others need longer to clean and dry.
