How do I know my iPhone battery needs replacing?
Common signs are fast draining, the phone shutting off with charge left, slow performance, or Battery Health showing "Service" or below about 80%. We can check it for you in store.
How long does a battery replacement take?
Usually 30 to 60 minutes while you wait.
Will my iPhone show a battery message afterwards?
Some newer iPhones show a message about the battery after any replacement outside Apple. The battery works normally; we explain what you may see before we start.
Do I need to book?
