Samsung battery replacement questions
My Galaxy’s back is lifting. Is that the battery?
Very often, yes: a swollen battery pushes the back out. Stop using it and bring it in so we can check it safely.
How long does it take?
Most Samsung batteries are replaced the same day.
Will my phone still be water resistant?
We reseal the back after the repair, but we never recommend getting any repaired phone wet.
Do I need to book?
No, just walk in. WhatsApp us your model if you want us to check stock first.
