Quick answers
Do I need to book a repair?
No, just walk in to any of our shops. Most screens and batteries are done the same day, often within the hour. You can WhatsApp us first to check we can fix it today.
Can I reserve a phone and collect it in store?
Yes. Order online, choose Click & Collect and pick your shop. We’ll text you when it’s ready, usually the same day.
How do returns work?
You have 15 days to return your purchase. Premium-grade phones and accessories must be unopened. Bring it to any shop, or contact us and we’ll explain how to send it back.
What warranty do I get?
Refurbished phones come with up to 18 months warranty; the exact length is shown on each product. It covers any fault that isn’t accidental or liquid damage. Bring it to any shop or contact us and we’ll repair or replace it.
